Synopsis
We meet up again with several families living a rural life that appeared in an earlier documentary by Raymond Depardon. Young farmers set up house in these mountainous regions, while at the same time, numerous others sell off their estates which become vacation houses for urbanites.
The problems of passing on a rural heritage affect everyday life. By confronting passing time, Raymond Depardon pays tribute to these men and women who risk being forgotten for evermore.
